For hair masks

1. Add 2–4 tablespoons of Bhringraj Powder to a clean, non-metal bowl, adjusting for hair length and thickness.
   
2. Slowly add lukewarm water while stirring until you obtain a smooth, yoghurt-like paste.
   
3. Use as a simple bhringraj hair mask or mix with other herbs such as Amla powder or Brahmi powder if they are already part of your routine.
   
4. Apply to slightly damp hair and scalp, working section by section so the paste is evenly distributed.
   
5. Leave on for 15–30 minutes, making sure the paste does not dry rock-hard on the hair.
   
6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then shampoo and condition as usual.
   

Begin with about once a week and adjust depending on how your hair feels.

For scalp-focused use

1. Place 1–2 tablespoons of Bhringraj Powder in a small bowl.
   
2. Add enough water to create a smooth, spreadable paste.
   
3. Apply gently to the scalp with your fingertips or a brush, focusing on areas that you wish to give more attention.
   
4. Leave on for 10–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and follow with shampoo and conditioner.
   

Start with shorter timings and extend only if your scalp feels comfortable.

For face and body

1. Add 1 teaspoon of Bhringraj Powder to a small bowl.
   
2. Add enough water to form a soft paste that spreads easily on the skin.
   
3. Apply a very thin layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye and lip area.
   
4. Leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse well with lukewarm water.
   
5. Follow with your usual moisturiser or body lotion.
   

Use at most 1–2 times per week and shorten contact time if the skin feels tight or uncomfortable.

• Do not apply to broken, very irritated or sunburned skin.

• Reseal the pouch carefully after each use and store in a cool, dry place, away from steam, humidity and direct sunlight.
