For hair masks and packs

1. Add 2–4 tablespoons of Brahmi Powder to a clean, non-metal bowl, adjusting for hair length and thickness.
   
2. Pour in lukewarm water gradually, stirring until you have a smooth, yoghurt-like paste with no dry lumps.
   
3. Use as a simple brahmi powder hair mask, or blend with Amla Powder and Bhringraj Powder if they are already part of your routine.
   
4. Apply to slightly damp hair and scalp, working section by section so the paste coats roots and lengths evenly.
   
5. Leave on for 15–30 minutes, making sure the paste does not dry rock-hard on the hair.
   
6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then shampoo and condition as usual.
   

Start with about once a week and adjust depending on how your hair feels.

For scalp-focused use

1. Place 1–2 tablespoons of Brahmi Powder in a small bowl.
   
2. Add enough water to create a smooth, spreadable paste.
   
3. Apply gently to the scalp using your fingertips or a brush, focusing on areas you want to give more attention.
   
4. Leave on for 10–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and follow with shampoo and conditioner.

Before first use, perform a patch test by applying a small amount of Brahmi paste to a discreet area of skin, leaving it for 10–15 minutes, rinsing and waiting 24–48 hours. Only use more widely if the skin feels comfortable after the patch test period.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and sensitive areas; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.

Do not apply to broken, very irritated or sunburned skin.

Natural plant powders can feel different from person to person; start with shorter application times and adjust according to how your hair and skin respond.

Reseal the pouch carefully after each use and store in a cool, dry place, away from steam, humidity and direct sunlight.
